Elliott McMillan is our Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sport Scientist. Over that past decade Elliott has devoted his life to understanding how to improve human performance and health through exercise, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. He has spent over a decade researching and publishing his research on exercise physiology, muscle biology, cardiovascular biology/pathology, biomechanics, and cancer therapy in top academic journals. With over a decade of applied sport science as well as strength and conditioning training experience, he has been hugely successful applying his knowledge of muscle physiology, energy systems, metabolism, nutrition and biomechanics to the enhancement of athletic performance and overall health and fitness. He has proven himself as a trainer, and the efficacy of his exercise programs and training systems through his client’s success at national and international levels of amateur and professional combative sports competitions.
