Jimmy Fields – Kick Boxing

Jimmy Fields has been involved in Martial Arts, Kick Boxing and Boxing for over 50 Years. He started his journey into the sport of kick boxing as a Karate Black Belt who quickly looked to boxing to improve the striking skills commonly used by martial artists in a competitive ring format. Over many years of watching, learning and training in the boxing gyms of Toronto, Jimmy was able to combine his training in martial arts and boxing to form an advanced fighting style still used by top kick boxing and mixed martial arts fighters today. Over his illustrious career Jimmy has trained multiple professional World, North American and Canadian title holders in kick boxing and boxing. Short list of title holders as follows:

  • World Kickboxing PKA Title Holder – Leo Loucks
  • World Kickboxing FFKA Title Holder  – Peter Freer
  • North American Kickboxing Title Holder – Martin Friole
  • North American and Canadian Kickboxing Title Holder – Ian Jacklin

Jimmy is presently training Joey George (K1 Canadian Champ) and is available for personal training sessions for serious kick boxing or mixed martial arts competitors.

Elliott McMillan is our Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sport Scientist. Over that past decade Elliott has devoted his life to understanding how to improve human performance and health through exercise, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. He has spent over a decade researching and publishing his research on exercise physiology, muscle biology, cardiovascular biology/pathology, biomechanics, and cancer therapy in top academic journals. With over a decade of applied sport science as well as strength and conditioning training experience, he has been hugely successful applying his knowledge of muscle physiology, energy systems, metabolism, nutrition and biomechanics to the enhancement of athletic performance and overall health and fitness. He has proven himself as a trainer, and the efficacy of his exercise programs and training systems through his client’s success at national and international levels of amateur and professional combative sports competitions. Furthermore, he has also demonstrated tremendous successes in getting recreational athletes, fitness enthusiast and those looking to get into better shape and health to reach their goals.
